Matt Devost is a technologist, entrepreneur, and cybersecurity authority who brings decades of frontline cyber and national security expertise to Fortreum’s Board of Directors. He is CEO and co-founder of OODA LLC, which helps clients identify, manage, and respond to global risks and emerging opportunities and operates the popular OODA Loop site and OODA Ventures. Matt co-founded FusionX in 2010, which was acquired by Accenture in 2015, where he subsequently served as Global Cyber Defense lead. He also founded the Terrorism Research Center and has spent more than 25 years on the front lines of cyberconflicts, including countering nation-state threats from Russia, China, and beyond.
