Chief Financial Officer
Mel supports the company through a period of rapid growth. A veteran CFO, Mel has led finance at five technology companies—both public and private equity- or venture-backed—including three in the cybersecurity space, with revenues ranging from $50M to $380M. Four of those companies sold majority or minority interests during his tenure, generating nearly $3 billion in shareholder value. Mel also serves as Audit & Finance Committee Chair for the Center for Internet Security and as a Board Advisor for Edge Total Intelligence. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from George Mason University and is a licensed Virginia CPA.
